I usually ship on Mondays, more often if needed to complete custom orders on time or if there is an increase in orders. My daughters occasionally like to help me package, so you may get a few extra stamps or stickers. I aim to reduce plastic and waste in general. I purchase paper or other biodegradable packing materials and may reuse plastic packaging as needed.

Custom Orders or Made To Order items may take up to 3 weeks to be made and shipped, please read all product descriptions. I usually finish them early, but I appreciate patience in case of uncontrollable delays.

I work borosilicate glass over a hot torch and then kiln anneal. Hard glass is sturdy and easy to clean, just like your trusty Pyrex pans. However, it is still glass and should be treated with care, it can break.

I do not accept refunds or returns. Please let me know right away if something is damaged during shipping so that appropriate action can be taken. I do care about your experience and I want to make things right. It is always my goal to make quality products, accurate photos, and happy customers.
